What are my payment options?

Is this a contract?

No -- you may pay monthly or annually. If you choose to cancel your subscription, it will be cancelled at the end of the period you choose, and we will not bill you again.

Is this a recurring payment?

A.

Subscriptions last one month, and will renew automatically on a monthly basis after your subscription date. For example, if you subscribed on January 2nd, your next billing cycle will start on February 2nd. Annual subscriptions renew automatically every calendar year after your original subscription date. If you subscribed on January 2nd of the current year, your next billing cycle will begin on January 2nd of the following year.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time by calling us at 1.877.574.7463. We are available Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CT. You may also send us an email at support@ourcareermatch.com, and one of our representatives will contact you within 24 hours. Please ensure you cancel prior to your billing date to avoid any unwanted charges. Your account will be cancelled effective on your next billing date.

I’m a job seeker, and I do not want to post my profile. Am I able to still search and apply for jobs?

A.

Yes – Even though you choose not to complete a candidate profile, you have unlimited access to everything on the site during your subscription period. You may search and apply for available jobs, network, and be video-interviewed on the site. You are also able to participate in any events, webinars, as well as purchase professional coaching sessions.

As an employer, do I need to use my postings immediately?

A.

You do not have to use your job postings immediately; you have a month to use them.

If I am a multi-month subscriber, do my postings roll over to the next month?

A.

Job Postings do not roll over to the next month if you do not use them.

Will I be able to search for candidates outside of my area if they are willing to relocate?

A.

You have unlimited search capabilities on the site available to you as part of your subscription.

May I post my jobs in multi-locations?

You may post jobs in several locations; however, each location requires its own individual job posting.

Is this a traditional job board?

This is not a traditional job board. OurCareerMatch.com is a social networking job board. You are able to do so much more on this site than just search for jobs or post jobs. We want this site to be a dynamic and highly interactive site where users are able to network, discuss relevant issues in their particular industries with other users, and learn more about what’s important in today’s job market. It is our plan to host networking events, webinars, podcasts, and more – and do most of it right here on our site.
